Wysong Construction has been a General Contractor since 1983. We have successfully completed many projects with the following entities: City/County Departments, Cal Trans, School Districts ,Hospitals, Care Centers, Federal Government and the State Military to date. We specialize in Lease-Leaseback contracting methods and have assisted many Districts with PreConstruction Services. PreConstruction services include: Design Management, Design Review, Scheduling, Phasing, Estimating, Bidding and Value Engineering. These construction delivery methods are gaining popularity as it provides significant cost and time savings for Owners. We have also completed many Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects with great success. Preconstruction through Project Delivery we have the experience to ensure a successful project for all parties involved.
